BaZi for Beginners: A Cultural Reflection Guide
BaZi (also called the Four Pillars) is a traditional Chinese symbolic framework. This introduction explains its vocabulary as a prompt for cultural exploration and personal reflection, not as a map of a fixed destiny.
1. The Four Pillars
A BaZi chart is traditionally organised around the year, month, day, and hour of birth. Readers use the four pillars as symbolic layers for discussing context and observation; they do not reveal a guaranteed life path.
2. The Day Master: The Core You
The Day Master is one traditional reference point. Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water images can become creative prompts for noticing preferences, pace, and habits without defining your identity.

3. Balancing the Five Elements
Five Elements language is not a wellness assessment. You can use the images to ask practical questions about attention, rest, communication, or routines that you have actually observed.
